Cleaning of metal surfaces

Regardless of the material and nature of the treated metal, it is possible to remove the coating as quickly and environmentally friendly as possible, whether it is a steel structure or a vehicle.

The water added during the process binds the dust, preventing the formation of sparks, thus making the process safer compared to traditional shot blasting. The other indisputable advantage is that we can clean the surfaces without stopping the operation of the plant, since thanks to the technology used, minimal or no harmful substances are released into the air. In general, there is no need for a significant separation of the work area, so the time and cost of setting it up can be saved.

Because water reduces friction and prevents heat generation, there is no risk of warping as with sandblasting.

We remove paint, primer or any other type of coating in one step, while also removing rust, grease and any other dirt that is present on the surface. Added rust inhibitor removes all chlorides and creates a paint-ready surface, inhibiting rapid rusting for up to 72 hours
